1.     Women of Impact: Could you please start by telling us a little about yourself and your journey—how you came to KLYTIA in Paris?

OLGA DO NIKITINA: My name is Olga Do Nikitina, and I am the CEO of KLYTIA Paris, a historic French cosmetic brand celebrating 135 years of heritage this year.

I did not create KLYTIA — I became the guardian of its legacy. The brand was founded by a visionary and courageous woman who opened what is considered the first beauty institute in the world, right in the heart of Paris. At a time when women were rarely recognized as entrepreneurs, she built a business based on knowledge, independence, and innovation.

That history deeply inspires me. KLYTIA has always been more than skincare — it is a story of strong women, science, and elegance. As a trained cosmetologist, my mission has been to honor this past while guiding the brand toward the future, staying faithful to its scientific roots and feminine strength.

2.     Women of impact: What inspired you to enter the world of cosmetics, and what makes KLYTIA’s product range unique in today’s market?

OLGA DO NIKITINA: What inspired me most is the understanding that skin is alive and constantly evolving.

For over 40 years, scientists have been studying chronobiology, the science that reveals how time affects our body and our skin. Morning, evening, or even across the seasons, the skin does not react in the same way. It also evolves throughout a woman’s life, influenced by hormones, stress, pregnancy, and lifestyle. That is why KLYTIA has chosen to base its approach on this research, creating skincare that respects the natural rhythms of the skin.

KLYTIA is unique because we design skincare that adapts to these rhythms. Our products are premium, with carefully selected ingredients, intelligent textures, and exclusive protocols that work in harmony with the skin’s natural timing — not against it.

3.     Women of Impact: What motivates you personally and professionally, especially when facing challenges in the beauty industry?

OLGA DO NIKITINA: Personally, I am driven by research, history, and real-life experience.

Pregnancy was a pivotal moment for me. It made me truly understand how deeply the body changes and how sensitive and intelligent the skin becomes during different life phases. This reinforced my belief that women need specific, respectful, and adaptive skincare.

Professionally, challenges motivate me because they push me to go further — to question, to innovate, and to create solutions that are meaningful, effective, and safe. When you work with purpose, challenges become a source of growth.

4.     Women of Impact: What advice would you give to women aspiring to pursue their dreams in entrepreneurship or beauty?

OLGA DO NIKITINA: The hardest part of entrepreneurship is starting — and continuing.

Many women hesitate, waiting for the perfect moment. My advice is simple: begin, even imperfectly. Believe in your vision, stay consistent, and remain faithful to your values.

But no journey is built alone. Learning how to build the right team, to trust others, and to delegate is essential. Surround yourself with people who complement your strengths, share your ambition, and challenge you to grow.

Success is not about speed; it is about resilience, curiosity, collaboration, and endurance. Women have a powerful intuition — and when it is combined with knowledge, discipline, and the strength of a team, it becomes a true force.

5.     Women of Impact: Looking ahead to 2026, which beauty trends or innovations do you see shaping the industry, and how is KLYTIA preparing for them?

OLGA DO NIKITINA: The future of beauty will be more natural, more effective, and more responsible — especially for sensitive and reactive skin.

We will see a strong focus on:

  • Respecting and strengthening the skin barrier
  • High-efficacy formulas with fewer, better-selected ingredients
  • Eco-conscious development
  • Skincare that adapts to individual rhythms and lifestyles
